Miller Hill Cottage was a great getaway for the two of us - just what we needed. The cottage and surrounding area was so peaceful with great access to loads of beautiful and interesting walks for both of us and our dog. With the quiet beach just a short walk away, this is a great place to explore as the sun sets. Carole was a fantastic host who really made us feel welcome. Thank you; We’ll be back!

What a wonderful little cottage! Cosy, containing everything you need with a delicious welcome basket. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Having an outdoor space and toys to enjoy playing with my dog was a huge bonus to me and my dog. We had a lovely break and would be happy to return.

Miller Cottage is a little hidden gem that I would thoroughly recommend staying at. My Hubbie & I spent the August Bank Holiday Weekend there with our 3 Springers. Carole our Host was very welcoming throughout our stay & nothing was too much trouble. The cottage has everything & more for your stay, we have every intention of returning in the not too distant future. A beach literally round the corner & the Western & Southern Lakes 20/30 mins away a really good base to be.

We had a great time. The views are lovely and places are close enough to get to without them being on your doorstep so you can really take in the peace and quiet with the beautiful surroundings. The cottage has everything we needed and Carole was extremely helpful with hints and tips.

We are home after a lovely few days away down near the lakes. Carole was the perfect host From the time of booking to the morning we checked out. She has great knowledge of the local area, especially places to go if you have dog with you. Nothing was a hassle for her and she was always happy to help in anyway she could . The cottage was in a perfect quiet location and was spotless and so cosy. Carole added some lovely little extra touches to welcome us and our dog which made our stay that little bit more special. The beach was a 5min walk from the cottage and perfect for dog walks, each time we went there wasn’t another person to be seen so could let our dog roam around. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back in the future. Hayley, Saul and Spud 🐶
