Great location, very spacious, responsive and helpful host. Parking was tricky as we came with 4 trucks and trailers for atving but host has overflow parking like stated in the listing, overflow parking is tough when it’s rainy as the grounds get very wet and vehicles sink in easily. The furniture is very uncomfortable in living room and bedrooms.

The house was gorgeous and exactly as described. There were a few things that could have been better. The kitchen utensils/cookware was very limited. There were 4 pots large enough to cook lobster but not a single frying pan. There were no kitchen towels or any pot holders/ oven mitts. The bath towels were very limited. House is listed to sleep 10 and had only 8 bath towels. We ended up doing laundry every single day as this was an issue. Between showering and swimming in the ocean we went through the towels in less than a day. The toaster in the kitchen only has 1 element out of 4 that work so we were unable to toast anything. The stairs going upstairs were VERY steep and resulted in odd sleeping arrangements due to older folks in our group.
