This place is very clean, cute and well stocked. Sharon was easy to communicate with. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again!

Alec was readily communicative, and welcoming as a host. Sharon provided helpful advice in advance of an impactful snow event. Alec took the time and care to plow and shovel after the storm which was extremely helpful, while Sharon remained interested that I was able to check out comfortably and safely after the snow storm. The Katahdin Mountains are spectacular. The town was beautiful in the snow. ❄️ The apartment had plenty of space, and I felt right at home for a much needed trip to connect with nature for a winter hike. I would happily come back here in the spring, summer, or fall… Great spot!

Located near Baxter State Park, it is easy to find, and everything is well organized. The sweet thing is, that Sharon wrote instructions on most of the things. We enjoyed everything.

We needed last minute accommodation the night before our annual Baxter trip. I contacted Sharon the morning of our intended stay and was delighted to find it available. She was flexible about check in, and since we were due to arrive in the evening everything went smoothly. Just before arrival she let us know the rental was ready when we were at the grocery store. Plenty of parking for three vehicles. We went upstairs and prepared dinner in the well appointed kitchen (which was also well stocked with food and a note saying to help yourself since she knows guests may arrive after local businesses close, thanks for the coffee). Bathroom was similarly well stocked and we were happy that there were no scents or diffusers due to asthma, in the rush I’d forgotten to ask. Mattresses including sofa bed were all comfortable and afforded all five of us an excellent night’s sleep. We enjoyed a leisurely morning with coffee and breakfast before packing up and heading to the park. Thank you!
