Beautiful little home nestled in the woods against one of the most beautiful rivers in California. Super private in fact we didn’t see a sole when we stayed at the house nor did we hear the neighbors. Wonderful access of a private area of the river as well. Enjoyed the small town and getting to know the locals! Nice relaxing weekend.

The location makes this place the unbeatable! There was a small hiccup with the cleaning but Colleen made sure to take care of it for us. We would love to come back!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend away to just relax and enjoy nature. We saw deer, a coyote, lots of jack rabbits and endless hummingbirds during our stay. Not to mention great seats on the deck for the Perseid meteor showers! Everything worked well and the space was well appointed with everything we needed.

My family and I had a fantastic time Colleen's house. The house had everything you need for a wonderful comfortable stay. The surroundings were so beautiful, and the house just felt like a fairytale house! my kids loved exploring nature; the koi pond was fabulous. My family and I got to connect another level. The river was so clean and beautiful just be warned that the water is very cold but for a hot day it does wonders. I hope to make this into a yearly destination re-treat for my little family!
