With easy check in instructions, and a nice welcome hamper (local tea, coffee and biscuits) in a lovely private estate, this was an unexpectedly lovely find. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location and very quiet. Sweet cottage with all of the basics. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Excellent shower. A couple of cobwebs but we survived. Private beach is a trek via woodland path and narrow wooden steps but a stunning treat at the end. This is how a beach should look. Both children and the dog were suitably worn out. Thank you for the goody bag.

The house is perfect for a week in Dorset. Fab location - we enjoyed exploring the beautiful and very peaceful estate with our dog. Will definitely be coming back!

A beautiful home, in the middle of serenity and green. We had a lovely week at the house enjoying the peace and quiet, running/walking around the grounds and visiting the private beach. It's a challenging walk, so be aware if you're not very fit or planning on carrying loads! Very close to Lyme Regis and loads of other great places. Would go back in a heart beat
