The apartment is good. It’s comfortable, has a lovely outdoor space, is quiet and clean. But, honestly, the reason to stay here is location. Two miles from Barnegat Light State Park, close to the beach, restaurants, and the Bay. If you like LBI, the location is amazing!

Eric's place is close to Barnegat lighthouse, where we went watching the birds, and Long Beach. Eric's responsive. The hardness of the mattress is perfect for us.

Property is gorgeous. Location is amazing for the bay and LBI. Owner is responsive. Bring your own bedding and towels they are not provided unless you ask. As long as no one is smoking inside the building I’m sure it’s worth booking.
