Torcliffe is a self-catering one-bedroom coastal property with sofa bed in the North Devon village of Combe Martin. Situated on a private road, Torcliffe sits high in an enviable position overlooking the bay and boasts spectacular sea and coastal views from its private terrace. Just a stones' walk from the beach, and a few minutes' walk from the village, Torcliffe offers a fantastic base for couples with friends/kids looking to explore the very best of what the North Devon coast has to offer. Guests have access to Torcliffe from their own private entrance on the terrace. Large sliding doors lead into a bright and spacious open plan living space. With huge windows and patio doors, this room boasts spectacular views of the ocean, but also the surrounding countryside. It also features a lounge area with comfy sofas and a TV (that can be connected to your laptop), plus a dining table with seating for six. Toward the back of this room, you’ll find a mini kitchenette, with kettle/toaster/fridge and cupboards with cutlery, plates cups, glasses and knives. There is also a two ring hob to cook with too. There is a microwave oven only so therefore suitable for light meals. Suitable for people who love walking, surfing, kayaking and eating out. The bedroom at Torcliffe can either be made up as a twin or double, depending on your requirements, so perfect for both couples and friends holidaying together. Please advise at time of booking. Bedlinen is white with white towels and the beds are comfortable so home from home. We have premium toiletries in the bathroom including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap that is so gentle too as well as moisturiser. This is serviced by a bathroom fitted with a shower, wash basin and WC. There is also a sofa bed that sleeps two in the lounge area so in total the property sleeps 4 The main attraction of this property is the front outdoor decking area, where furniture and chairs have been provided so guests can simply relax and admire the views, either with an evening meal or glass of wine.
