We were so pleased with the townhouse that we plan to return in the fall. It is located a block away from a social "club" Mel's with pickleball, a restaurant, and a large clean swimming pool for which you pay only 100 pesos. The town's central plaza was two (long) blocks away and likewise the Malecon along Lake Chapala. The townhouse was roomy with a well furnished living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs and a bedroom and patio upstairs looking up at the nearby hills. I recorded over 30 birds on the Merlin app! The manager Carolina was always helpful but never invasive, and all my contacts with Ana Laura, Sasha were especially cordial. One drawback was that, although I have Netflix and Prime on my computer and phone we could not connect it to the large screen in the living room, but I enjoyed watching on my computer in the evenings in the dark, with a warm breeze, sounds of children laughing and of horses clomping by on the cobblestones .

Can’t say enough great things about this place! We stayed for a month and couldn’t be happier. Clean, comfortable and great location. Host and housekeeper Carolina are A+ You won’t be sorry you stayed here.

Beautiful place! Centrally located and easy walking to plaza. Very responsive to questions. Clean, comfortable bed and beautifully decorated! Loved it!

We totally loved our stay and felt at home the entire time! Ana & Sasha were very friendly and responsive. Kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. Entire unit was very clean, in a quite area and great location, comfortable bed/pillows and a beautiful terrace where we spent most of our time. Hope to stay there again, next time we are in Ajijic.

The perfect spot to discover Ajijic. A residential area that is nonetheless dotted with charming restaurants, 10 minute walk to the Malecon, 10 minute walk to the Plaza, which is the center of town. I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else but in this townhouse.
