As some short term rentals go, this property is on the high end of cost, but well worth it. It is spacious with 5 bedrooms and easily accommodated myself and my wife and two of my sons and their family’s of six. Because it has 2 1/2 baths, a coordinated use must be established with the residents. The property is generally beautifully furnished with crystal glass ware in wood glassed cabinets. I was particularly impressed with a large antique grandfather clock in the office room. The host Jerry was always responsive the few times I had questions and expressed a true concern that we all had a great visit to his rental. If you are looking for a large spacious property in the Johnson City, TN area, this one is for you.

Beautiful home with lots of space. We used the kitchen a lot for cooking and they have everything you could possibly need. Backyard is beautiful with lots of space to hang out.

The house, on these hot and humid days, was always cool and comfortable. The pool was amazing. My entire family was comfortable and had a wonderful time. Many, many thanks.

The house was very comfortable as a gathering place for my siblings and our children to spend time together. Jerry was a great host and we will definitely try to book the house next we are in town.
