Great location, deck was huge which was perfect along with the hot tub. Wish there was a dock however overall great.

First off, Lake Charlevoix is absolutely beautiful.. The saving grace. The quality/condition of the AIRbnb were questionable. The listing was misleading.. Dock use was not applicable and the pictures lead us to believe it was attached to the water and is in fact on a busy access road. The overall condition soon let us know that upkeep wasn’t consistent.. A broken window for the first room that looks out to the water.. Broken and unsafe deck boards scattered over the deck.. and for the price; these are things that shouldn’t be a worry. No air conditioning! With our expectations lowered, it did suit a weekend getaway. The town of Boyne seems very pleasant. But the price did not reflect the quality we had hoped.

Amazing house and location! Great for a large group. The living room and dining room are bigger than the pictures can show, great for gathering. Everything needed like salt for ice, vacuum, garbage bags, etc was available making a very convenient stay. Hot tub was working well and was clean. The house was very clean upon arrival! House was less than 10 min from boyne mountain and less than 5 min to boyne city. We will definitely stay here again!
