Spacious, great home! Location is good, close to town and close to Boyne. The house has all the amenities, very well equipped. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Great location, great views! Sidewalks into town begins approximately 1/2 mile from the house, hop on those for a mile and you're there. We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop each morning. The deck is a great place to hang out, with some sun but also plenty of shade. The sleeping situation is comfortable; we had 8 adults. Two full bathrooms could be a bit of a challenge with 10-12 people, depending on your situation. The place was clean and Matt was very responsive to any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage! We fit 6 adults and 5 children pretty comfortably here. It’s set across from the road and is far enough back and elevated that you don’t notice the cars and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio with the lovely view of the water. The kids had plenty of room to run around on the front lawn before it drops to the road so we didn’t need to worry about the cars. Its clean, comfortable and conveniently only a few minute drive to downtown boyne city where we enjoyed the restaurants and rented a boat from boyne water sports, which I also recommend. You can drop the boat off at the end of the day and walk to any of the restaurants (cafe santes was our favorite) Matt is very nice and was quick to respond to any of our questions. We had a fantastic time, I highly recommended this rental!
