The Boat House is like staying in a dream house. It provides privacy and common areas for a large or small groups. The scenery around the entire house is spectacular with an estuary, horses and beautiful patchwork of land. Michelle is amazing and always available to connect with. She made us all feel at home with delicious treats and a genuine concern about making our stay perfect. I hope that I can make it back just to meet Michelle and have another experience in this amazing house.

Everything here is perfect: great house, lovely host, ideal location. It’s c lol ear Michelle has thought of everything to make for an ideal holiday. Our extended family of 7 had more than enough room and took advantage of all that was offered: kayaks, hot tub, huge outdoor grill, walks on the private island. Michelle recommendations for local activities was super helpful also, from the ferry to horseback riding and, of course , Cliffs of Moher - an easy day trip hiking up to Doolin. Vacation perfection!

Spent Xmas at the property with friends and family. Well laid out and equipped, plenty of space for eating, socialising or chilling out. The house had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Excellent views, great upstairs bar and the kids aqua themed room were all standout. Michelle was very helpful from the recommendations on things to do and see to the beautiful lasagne and chocolate biscuit cake on arrival. Had a great time, will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at The Boat House. We were there for a family birthday, party of 9 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect with enough space during the day as well as bedrooms at night. All facilities were exactly as described in the house advert. And a very well stocked kitchen with all the cutlery/pots/dishes etc that are needed for cooking for a large number. House is in a very peaceful spot and being able to get straight into the water directly in front of the house in the available kayaks (great wee bonus) or to swim was amazing. We had a couple of evenings chilling in the hottub at night star gazing which was a lovely treat. Michelle was always on hand (via phone) to answer any questions or fix issues we created. Absolutely great hosts, one of the best we have experienced. Would definitely return if looking to holiday in the area again!

Great house, fab space for a large family gathering looking for a nice quiet spot to self-entertain. Fab bar space upstairs really made you feel like you were on a night out. Hottub was great to come back to after a chilly session at West Coast aqua park! Kids loved the daily chats with the horsies. They also loved the kayaking, but this was restricted to the hours around high tide only.
