Nhung was amazing right from the onset. Reached out immediately to offer up assistance including airport pickup which was most helpful and flexible especially due to my flight delays. Nhung shared recommendations on tours and gave guidance on what they would recommend. The Ha Long Bay tour that was recommended was outstanding, new boat, great guides and itinerary. Day tour and food tour recommendations were also on point. For someone traveling solo for the first time in a very very long time and a first time traveler to Vietnam Nhung made my experience so much easier and comfortable, nothing was a problem and quick responsive assistance was received at all times, including booking tours for me. Amazing hosts in an amazing city!! Thanks Nhung!

This was a spectacular location that felt like a local neighborhood, but accessible to anything we could imagine or need. It was comfortable, clean, and like a little getaway within the city. The air conditioning was also strong and refreshing. Our host was proactive in recommendation and responses and consistently checked in to make sure we were having a positive experience. We even rented a scooter last minute and had very helpful instructions from our host as to where to park. While we enjoyed the vantage point and perspective of the fifth floor balcony, we’d recommend to anyone uncomfortable with stairs to consider the location of the unit, as it is a long walk with luggage. We were fine, but just a thought for others. Overall, for two USA friends traveling together, we highly recommend this as a location to make as home while visiting Ha Noi. Fantastic hosts with a perfect space! Five stars.

Located in old quarter, close to main attractions, easy pick up by tour companies from door step. comfortable and spacious room. friendly and welcoming host! highly recommended!

Great location- convenient for walking and getting Grab scooters. Tons of coffee and eateries in the area. Nhung and the team were great with their trip itineraries and bookings as well!
