This cabin is delightful; rustic enough to be charming, modern enough to be comfortable. Lots of storage, multiple sleeping accommodations for hosting guests. Backyard is private and well-appointed with a screened and lighted gazebo with comfortable furniture, very nice grill and a nice picnic table. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you'd need. Includes access to a private neighborhood beach which is wonderful: not too crowded, often has high enough surf for boogie boarding, nice sand, not a steep dropoff. Hosts are very attentive to guests' needs. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

The cabin is wonderful - is clean and has everything you would need for your stay. The location is great and everything is within a short drive. We loved Kelly Beach, dining in Narragansett, the cliff walk in Newport, the Newport Vineyards and our trip up to Fenway to see the Red Sox!

The Hope Cabin is a cozy spot for your next Rhode Island vacation. This cabin sleeps 4 comfortably. The high quality sitting areas, with couches provide a relaxing place to curl up with a book or take an afternoon nap. There are enough ACs to keep the place cool on muggy days. The beach was not the most convenient for walking but with some lite coordination it’s not an issue. The road to the beach did not have sidewalks but the traffic was light enough that it wasn’t dangerous. Kelly Beach was great quality sand, small waves for swimming. There’s no bathroom or concession there so be prepared for that. The gazebo in the back yard was excellent idea because we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon chats we’ll protected from mosquitoes. It was great to have space to play crochet and corn hole. The owners are the most considerate and thoughtful with the added touches. We appreciated their generosity to access all the beach accessories, quality cookware and laundry facilities & would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.
