House was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Great space for a family or group of friends with number of bedrooms - but small common space, so better for those that plan to spend majority of their time out of the house. Beds very comfortable and outdoor deck was lovely too.

Neil was very responsive to any issues. The dishwasher was not working and he had someone there the next day to fix it. The location was great. Stores, parks, beaches all were within 15mins driving distance.

Recently stayed at Neil’s home for a wedding in the Newport Area. From the initial booking Neil was very responsive - offering to assist with any information or further details we may have needed for the duration of our stay. He was even kind enough to extend the time of our check-out on our last day. The location was absolutely great! It was perfectly placed in the middle of all the places we needed to go and/or visit. Only 10 minutes to Narragansett Beach and the seashore and 20 minutes to Newport. Also, many restaurants and shopping. The place itself did indeed look very much like the photos. It was spacious and clean. There was some inconsistency in the rooms. Some were lacking side/end tables adjacent to the bed. There could also have been a few additional table lamps as well. Both bathrooms were clean and tidy. However, due to the small size of the lower level shower- water would often find its way onto the bathroom floor. Overall a solid place to stay !
