House is on a quiet street and close to restaurants, market and URI. House is new and very clean with lovely amenities. Quite spacious and well laid-out - loved the separate patio room, the washer and dryer and cute yard and fire pit. Laura was extraordinarily accommodating with a special request and was super responsive and friendly. We will stay here whenever we come back to the area and highly recommend!

Perfect everything for a great vacation stay. Whether your cooking at home, ordering in this kitchen has what you need. I made a fire in the pit while on the BBQ. My son had plenty of room to run around in the huge backyard. Big enough for a volley ball game and more. A lot of new restaurants this time around and they are delicious. You can take the whole family with you as this house can accommodate many. This is my second stay here and I love it. Best part it's a ranch house, bedrooms, bathrooms, washer & dryer on one floor.

Laura’s place was was an excellent choice for our family! It was spacious and very well appointed !! A perfect location to Narragansett Beach , Newport , and the Block Island Ferry , all of which we enjoyed! We also enjoyed evenings by the fire pit .The nice open kitchen allowed us to all gather for family meals. It was very clean and comfy ! Laura was very quick to respond to any questions . Check in and out was very simple!
