We had a great stay at Caoimhe’s AirBnB. The flat was perfect for the four of us, spacious and clean with everything we needed. A lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly were provided which was a really nice touch! Caoimhe was super organised and provided all the details we needed ahead of checking in, and even arranged to add our car to the visitor permit in advance. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Balham/Tooting area!

We arrived at Caoimhe's beautiful apartment to be welcomed by a bottle of prosecco and a lovely welcome card. Everything was spotless and there was plenty of coffee, tea and a nespresso machine. The Wifi signal was super fast so my husband could get some work video calls done. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were fitted out just as in the photos. Balham station was only 10 minutes walk away with an underground station and overground links to Gatwick and Central London. We had a couple of lovely meals in restaurants recommended by Caoimhe and really loved the neighbourhood . We'll be back for sure.

Caoimhe was a brilliant host. Check in was simple as anything. Her apartment was immaculate and beautifully furnished and suited the three of us perfectly. It was only a short walk to the centre of Balham with all the shops and restaurants there as well as Balham Tube station. Caoimhe recommended a superb little Italian restaurant nearby that we absolutely loved. We look forward to staying again. The easiest 5 stars ever.

Caoimhe’s place felt more like a hotel suite than an Air BandB! Crispy white sheets, white towels and extremely comfortable king sized and double beds. The apartment is quiet with a lovely private outdoor terrace and yet only 10 minutes walk to Tube, Overground train and all the wonderful restaurants Balham has to offer. The best Air BandB I have stayed in.

Highly recommend the apartment, Caoimhe and Eoghan provide fully instruction of food , restaurant nearby. We tried several foods as per instructions which are really good. The apartment is 100% as photo shown. It gives us good memories in London.
