We enjoyed our stay, but it was not clean when we got there. Andrew did reimburse us half of the cleaning fee, but I would try to get some type of confirmation that it is done prior to arrival. We drove a long way and we were exhausted; them we had to clean the fridge before use, and wash bedding (washer outside in a shed, extremely dirty there also). Quiet location, saw a few deer nearby, friendly neighbors. Andrew was very good at responding to questions, nice guy.

Andrew's place is great, with everything you need to have a great and peaceful time. Great location to explore the Ocala forest and all the springs in the area. Looking forward to go back soon!

Andrew was very helpful in providing information about restaurants, coffee, etc. The house was clean and had plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailers. I will rent this house again next time we are going to the part of Florida
