The view from the house is amazing... The house is spacious and comfortable, you feel at home... and the garage for the car is excellent... I loved the house

We loved our stay at Sofia's place. The views of the lake were fantastic! The house was on a couple of levels with lots of glass to the lake. It had a great grill area with a separate patio as well. The location was great and allowed easy access to Como while providing privacy and a secured parking space. We enjoyed several meals on the balcony overlooking the lake. The kitchen was nicely set up and stocked fairly well although there were only a couple of small trash bags available and a couple of dishwashing pods for our 1 week stay. We had reserved a different place that turned out to be unacceptable once we saw it and Sofia was super responsive when we reached out at the last minute and was able to accommodate us within a couple of hours. We will definitely look to book here again when we return to Lake Como.

Beautiful home with a spectacular view on multiple large balconies. Area is very quiet. Roads are windy in Lake Como but Sofia’s place was one of the easiest places to pull in and out of. We had an SUV so it was really nice that we had our own private driveway. Home is spacious and well maintained. There’s not much within walking distance and the roads are tight to walk on but that’s just how Como is — we would recommend a car. Nearby restaurants are fantastic too, Definitely a great spot to stay at if you’re looking for a peaceful stay.

Unsere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft war einfach zauberhaft! Die Aussicht auf den See war atemberaubend und die Aussenküche war super cool. Der Kühlschrank war top modern! Die Gastgeberin war schnell und unkompliziert bei Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!

Premises was dirty. Found cow webs and dead insects. We had do some cleaning to make it liveable. No AC or fans in either of two living rooms on both floors and also in kitchen in the summer season of July when temperature is high making it extremely hot; making these rooms and main part of villa unliveable. Coordinator Ms Sofia stays in different city or town and she can hardly coordinate between customer and villa owner making it unliveable more so. Bed sheet and towels were not in good condition. Hand wash soaps or liquid soap not available for hand wash at all; which is pretty normal. We had bad experience staying in this villa.
