Place was comfy and close to Elk. Text communication was prompt! Place slept all of us great! View of the Lake was fantastic! Literally the only bad thing to say was no foil, plastic wrap or trash bags to be found

Plenty of space for our group of parents and teenagers alike for a ski weekend at Elk. Well-appointed kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, blender, programmable drip coffee maker. Seems like a great house for all seasons. Note: house has a hot tub for tenant use, so be sure to pack your swimsuits!

The house was very spacious with lots of tables for dining. Our group of 18 had plenty of room to sit, eat, and enjoy each other’s company. The house was very well heated, and the indoor fire place made it cozy. There was even a functioning hot tub to our surprise as it wasn’t listed in the amenities. It also felt private as it’s in a small quiet town. Great place, and would definitely stay again during any season.

Large group, adults, kids, babies. We all had a fantatsic time. Kitchen was well suited to prep meals for a crowd. The lake is amazing, we swam and boated. Kids played at the "shore line". Lots of flexible outdoor seating. People played ping pong and fuse ball and used the hot tub many times. We made a fire everynight, host provided generous amount of fire wood. There were plenty of places to sit if you needed quite time away from the group. We had a fantatsic family trip! Tip for other guest bring some towels to use at the lake, and laundry detergent if you are staying a few nights.

Nice big house on a gorgeous lake! Peaceful quiet and well stocked house for our group of 14 adults and 1 child). Near a great rail trail (for biking) with a cute little general store down the street. Lots of things to do around the house (kayaking, swimming with a nice little dock and a small sandy beach), foos ball in the basement and ping pong in the garage. Laura was friendly and helpful and super responsive. We had a great time!!
