Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Orciatico. Das Haus war einfach zu finden und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das Haus befindet sich in einem idyllischem Bergdorf, welches zentral in der Toskana liegt, so dass man in angemessener Zeit (ca. 1 bis 1,5 Std.) alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, Siena) und Strände erreichen kann. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal, eher dunkel und die Bäder könnten einmal eine Auffrischung vertragen. Die Küche war mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Pool , Whirlpool und Außenbereich waren anstandslos. Der Vermieter reagierte prompt bei etwaigen Anliegen (Reparatur Klimaanlage). Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft all denjenigen empfehlen, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen, die urige Möblierungen mögen und denen ein- bis zweistündige Autofahrten zu den Destinationen nicht zu viel sind.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche Familienferien erlebt. Der grosse Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Liebhaber von antiken Möbeln werden hier sehr erfreut sein. Die beiden Badezimmer entsprechen jedoch nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Trotzdem: ein wirklich praktisches und gemütliches Ferienhaus, um die Toskana zu erkunden!

We had a great time in Orciatico. The villa is fully equipped and exceeded all our expectations. The surrounding area is fantastic, a lot of places to explore and all required amenities close by. The garden was an amazing place to relax during the day as well as the evenings.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is a good spot to take lots of daytrips from to explore Tuscany and even with the rain we had for a few days the house and especially the hot tub were great to just wait out the rain. Another highlight is the private pool that we used every day. Check in and check out were super easy and flexible and we were able to ask any questions we had during the whole visit and they were answered almost immediately. It was a great stay!

We were very welcomed by Riccardo. Very easy to find his place and he showed us the house. The house is in a small village on a steep road. The house itself is very dark, it used to be a olive mill, but therefor also character. The garden and pool were nice, in the morning you can enjoy the morning sun already. The house itself was nicely renovated, the furniture was very old fashioned, dusty and not cosy. The house has many stairs, so not suitable for less abeled.. my mother unfortunatelly fell 2 times. Maybe was to be expected from a house in the village. The help from Belvilla was minimal. As I informed them we were leaving a day earlier, (I was receiving +\_80 euro back) it appeared they changed the prices and I had to pay additional 350 euro if I would change my 5 nights to 4 … for leaving earlier… this was strange and not what I would expect … so I left it at that. Riccardo was great, the house not a real success for us, but that is personal.
