I booked Holly Tree Cottage for my parents as a Christmas present. It was their second visit and they loved it! The cottage is immaculate and homely, and it's in a perfect location for them to visit the coast. Communication with David was great. I'm sure they will be back again for a third visit!

Very comfortable and clean, well equipped cottage with several local walks right on the doorstep. The information pack was very well put together with maps of the surrounding area and recommendations for pubs/restaurants. The welcome pack was also very thoughtful with both humans and dog catered for (including a bowl and towel for washing muddy paws!) David was very responsive to messages and recommended several local farm shops which were fantastic

Excellent communication from David and Kay prior to and during the stay, all via the app so never intrusive, although the offer was there if we needed to see them in person. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need to feel at home. There was a helpful information back, including local walks and even treats for our dog. Oh and the shower is exceptional, really good water pressure. The area is nice and quiet and having Broome Pits nearby was great as we always had somewhere to walk the dog. Unfortunately, there was banging nearby every single day, which our dog is nervous of so we couldn’t make the most of it. A friendly local told us that it was pigeon shooting. If your dog is fine with such noises then it’s a lovely place to walk

Fabulous cottage with everything you need and awesome hosts. Really near the local heath so great for dog walks. We we using it as a base to visit family in the area and it worked super well. Lovely and quiet and the bed was super comfortable. We will be back!
