There were nine adults in our group. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. The beds were not exactly what we expected, but we were able to make it work. This house has three bedrooms with king size beds and four bedrooms with single beds. They look like children beds, but are twin size, so big enough for adults. Khali is a wonderful host. Very friendly and extremely helpful and responsive to needs. The kitchen met all of our needs and the wood fireplace was great as we were there in December. The bedrooms are on three different floors below and above the main area. The main area has a living room and a great room attached to the kitchen. Plenty of places to sit and a large table to eat together. This house is a great place for large groups who like to spend time together while also having a pace for some alone time if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and I would stay here again.

Great place for a lot of people near to the city in Munich. Well–appointed kitchen. Automatic coffee machine was wonderful. Pots and pans for cooking were in great shape. Beds are fine with duvets to keep you warm. Multi-level house which is great for getting small kids to bed early. Bedrooms do not have window coverings which is fine in the winter since it doesn’t get light early. 2 minute walk to a local beer garden and 6 minute walk to the grocery store. 15 minute walk to the S-Bahn station for easy access to Munich airport or Altstadt. One sink in one of the bathrooms was not working while we were there so we had to step across the hall to wash hands, but it wasn’t a big deal. Washing machine worked fine. Property is right next to to the s-Bahn tracks, but the sounds of passing s-Bahn trains didn’t bother us in the winter with the windows closed. Khali was very responsive. Kids loved the pet rabbits outside.

We had a family of 10 stay for Oktoberfest week. The train ice a 15 minute walk (or a 3 minute walk to bus, to train station. Khali was great at communication and helping us with any issue. He stayed locally so would drop by when we had a question. The large living room and kitchen were perfect for our group. Bedrooms and bathrooms all worked well for us. The train station is a 15 minute walk away (see train maps for details as always). It's a little tricky getting the address correct for an Uber or navigation so a hint - get the address of the red house at the end of the driveway from Khali and you will have no problem. Everyone in our family mentioned to me how well the house worked for our trip.
