I reserved this place through Airbnb and received my confirmation and a message from the host with the information for the co-host Christina. I reached out to the co-host about an early check-in due to my recent arrival to Cuenca with 8 large suitcases, which I rented a pickup truck to transport them to the Airbnb. The co-host stated that everything was ready and I could check in early. I arrived, and when checking in, I was advised by security that someone had already checked in an hour prior. When speaking to the co-host, she stated that it was double booked and that there was nothing they could do to help and they will cancel the reservation because they reserved it for someone else outside of Airbnb and there is nothing they can do, I was a bit agitated, since I had 8 suitcases in and open bed truck with no place to stay, so she said Relax, and they will send me an inconvenience fee, which I never received. Airbnb, could not do anything except advise to find another place. Beware.

El hospedaje es fiel a las fotografías, Torres del Mediterráneo es un condominio en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad, la vista es maravillosa, a unas cuadra esta el río, con un área perfecta para caminar y hacer ejercicio, farmacias y tiendas de abastos muy cerca, el tranvía pasa a unas cuadras, el departamento es cálido y muy completo, sus camas son cómodas, el agua caliente funciona a la perfección, tiene parqueo seguro y de fácil acceso.
