We are located 1.7 miles from main bus station, tram station, & railway station just 7 mins by car. 5 min drive to supermarkets Tesco/Asda. Short walk to the Heroes Public House (serves both lunch and evening meal 7 days a week) also two pubs named the Miners Arms & the New Inn.
There is a park nearby (Stamford Park) and walks into the country side should you fancy a walk. A short drive to the nearby towns of Mossley, Saddleworth, and Uppermill; where it is perfect for a ramble along the canal, there are lovely shops, eateries, and pubs to visit whilst there.

There is private parking for 2 vehicles at the property. You have bus stop within 3 to 5 min walk from house to all surrounding towns. Taxi service very reasonable and good. You are also 1.7 mile drive to main Bus, Tram & Train Station (park n ride car parks available)
