Everything here is good, apart from the parking. They have limited parking spots so make sure to book for it the same day you book this place. It is at a great location, opposite to the train station.

Great place easy access to shops station everything u. Need really ! Reception staff are super friendly and helpful . We spent a few days here and they were for ever so kind and helpful . As for some of the cleaning staff who were rude and loud of a morning whilst cleaning other rooms which isn’t fate on other people trying to sleep . Other then that it’s a great place to stay and prices are reasonable

Quest Penrith is a great place to stay at! Nice and clean, the staff there were so nice to us, the room nice and spacious and a great services there.
