We had a great time at Quality's place. There is a really nice outdoor space to eat and hang out and the area is nice and quiet. The apartment is an easy 20 minute walk to a family friendly beach and there are loads of places to buy groceries in the neighborhood. It's a long commute to Manhattan (80 minutes or so) but really easy and cheap on the A-train.

Beautiful place with high end finishes and ample amount of space in every room. Surplus amount of towels and blankets. Great with communication, was friendly and hospitable, available to speak and answer any questions that I had. I'm definitely going to book with him again.

Lovely apartment with really nice toiletries and towels. Great location - maybe 10 minutes to a gorgeous beach with the ability to walk or bike ride for many miles. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The host is very responsive, available and yet not intrusive.

1. Host was angry and accusatory we did not call his phone directly to inform time of arrival even though we inform via Airbnb message system. 2. ID Pictures of all occupants were taken, my kids included, even those not on reservation. This was uncomfortable to begin as well as intrusive. 3. First night on property we saw sex workers near the property. 4. Second night we found a drunk person sleeping at the door. We have pictures for proof. 5. Loud music was playing continuously through the night. 6. The property itself inside is in great shape. 7. Parking was at the street. Somebody keyed my car while parked on the street.

Very large, clean and well furnished place. We were pleasantly surprised by the size — would very comfortable fit six adults. Nice launching pad to Rockaway Beach, which is about 20-30 minutes away depending on your luck with cabs/trains (we didn’t bring a car). Quiet part of the neighborhood.
