Great location. We were able to get to the park quickly and go hiking before it was too busy. Close to town to grab groceries.

It really was a beautiful townhome, the rooms were very spacious. The outdoor patio and roof top deck were amazing. Hot tub was clean. I have 2 concerns; there was hair both pet/human on the sheets in the main floor bedroom. I chose this home since it did not allow pets because my son is highly allergic to pet hair/ dander. Unfortunately, we did not discover this until close to midnight so my son slept in his car. I even washed the sheets but couldn’t get the hair removed. I was informed by the host that they cannot control if someone has an emotional support animal. I feel that that should be notated somewhere in the documentation or on the site. Then the following morning I pulled out 5 coffee cups that had coffee stains so I was again washing items that should have been clean. Host were pleasant enough but still housekeeping should be looking to see if sheets are hair free and dishes are clean when being removed from the dishwasher.

This is a good setup with 3 master suites, which is more functional than upscale. If you set your expectations correctly, you can enjoy this place. It is a duplex unit, adjacent to other such units, so expect light & sound pollution at night. The "roof terrace" is really a second floor balcony with obstructed view, not conducive to nighttime stargazing, nor does it have any "magnificent vistas". Going to Arches for stargazing at night will be a ~45-min drive (to Windows). Interiors are worn out: dark carpets, rickety doors & blinds, thin walls, weathered furniture, weak mattress & pillows. Bath amenities are limited, water pressure is soft and hot/cold faucet switched in places. Kitchen & common areas aren't too spacious for large groups. Living room TV is small and picture quality isn't great. That said, nothing was really broken and everything worked well enough e.g. access instructions, door lock, wi-fi. We didn't use the hot tub (it was ready) or garage (it has an icebox).
