The property is a flight of stairs , to its own private door. The apartment has a full bathroom , with shower over bath, a king size bedded room, with fitted wardrobes. Kitchen and lounge are open plan , kitchen has a cooker, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, crockery and a full compliment of kitchen utensils

Perfect place for our weekend stay. Just off the main street but very quiet and private.
We enjoyed another great stay here, and as usual found everything clean and tidy. The flat was nice and cosy which was great as this time the weather outside was rather wet and windy. An ideal location within a very short stroll from the High Street allowing easy access to a good range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and take aways. The well-equipped kitchen area allows for easy self catering if you prefer to stay in. We look forward to returning next time we are visiting this area

Been to the accommodation several times, great location to stay, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beautiful park for walking the dog, free car parking.
The apartment was exactly as described and Carlo was good at providing relevant information.

Carlo operates a luxury self catering business. We strive to make our guests feel at home and take great pleasure in personally welcoming guests to Miele Properties. We have several new apartments located in Forres, listed as Varis Apartments. We have 5 x one bedroomed units , a two bedroom and a large three bedroomed Townhouse. This gives guests an option of staying in the countryside or town centre locations. All properties have smart TVs, free WiFi , bedding and towels. Full kitchens including coffee machines for a nice fresh coffee . We have recently finished The Lochan a new build country lodge , located next to its own Lochan and large garden . It’s located near Dava Way and accesses many woodland walks along with cycle tracks. It is pet friendly and also has its own separate kennel should it be required.
