If you’re looking for a beach and a great place to have a boat, this is your place.
We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Dee Dee’s lakeside home. We celebrated my husband’s 40th Birthday by renting a boat and it was a trip our family will never forget! The location can’t be beat. Michael was extremely communicative, accommodating and kind. We hope to return again in the future. Thanks, Mike!
Michael was always up front and communicative. He very obviously would do whatever was need to make our stay special. But everything was already so great. We wanted a place where the boys and us could enjoy the water and at the same time not feel rushed. We enjoyed the paddle boat, kayak and stand up paddleboards. Made a camp fire for smores and told ghost stories. The boys being teens also enjoyed that there were TV's available. They played video games on the TV in the loft for hours. I liked the location close to Meredith and Laconia for fun activities, but this piece of Center Harbor is very nice to feel like you're away from it all. Overall very nice and great host, would do it again.
Michael was a kind and gracious host. The home is clean and comfortable and ready for family fun. We brought our pontoon and the dock was great. We enjoyed a great week at Lake Winne!
Great house, yard, lake access. The house has plenty of space for a family. Close to lots of things. Michael was very helpful and accommodating.

Father of 5 and am semi retired. I Live in the Main house with my Fiancé DeeDee. But I often go back to the city a couple of days during the week and spend all the rest of my time up the lake. My Fiancé DeeDee lives at the main house all the time .I do have family and friends that come up to visit. I designed and built the house myself and take great pride on keeping it nice. Will give own space but am available if needed.
