Sometimes it is difficult to make a review - same here! First of all we can’t point a finger at anything…. We had the greatest stay - comminications was top, place? Great! Personality even better!! This will be our Florence stay for ever - Thank you Andrea & Graze

Even before we arrived in Florence Andrea was thoughtful and responsive helping us plan the most time and cost effective ways to get there. Upon arrival he went out of his way to ensure we settled in quickly and comfortably, with a welcome pack sharing some secrets to the city and the warmest of smiles. Throughout our stay Andrea and his family accepted us as their family by extension and their passion for people, food and hospitality shone throughout. We've previously stayed in plenty of air bnbs but this was without a doubt out the best experience to date. I can't recommend Andrea and Florence enough. Even if the weather tried to dampen the occasion. The property is set on a stunning villa a 5 min walk from a local station which takes 9 minutes by train to get into Florence. It was clean and we felt safe and cared for the entire time. Thank you so much Andrea & co. We will miss you.

A very good surprise !!! Andrea and his family were very welcoming, he picked us up at the station and showed around giving advices and so on. The house is beautiful, very clean, even better in real life, with many attentions. The dog Onda is lovely and likes visitors. We really had a good experience, one of the best ! It’s ideal to visit Florence (10min by train) and enjoy the natural part of Toscane ! And you can take a swim after a long day on the large swimming pool. If we’ll come back in Florence, we would love to come back here, we definitely recommend this host !

We have just returned from an outstanding week’s holiday & could not recommend this property more highly. It is clean, modern, spacious, well equipped & well situated only a 10 minute train ride from the centre of Florence. The pool and garden are absolutely beautiful and if you love dogs then you will fall in love with the owners’ dog Onda who hangs out in the garden and is keen to make friends with visitors. As for the hosts they are truly charming and generous. My daughter and I did not have a car during our stay but we were picked up from the bus station, offered lifts to and from the supermarket and restaurants and invited to the local market with the hosts. They went out of their way to help us and make sure we had everything we needed and we honestly felt that by the end of the stay they were more like friends than hosts. We will definitely be staying here again!
