The host was very helpful! Booked our excursions for us and got our water refilled quickly! She’s normally onsite and very friendly and responsive! Great stay!

Overall, the experience was very good. This was my first time in Belize. My friend and I stayed here for my birthday trip. Pros: it’s located in the center of the town. You are within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and the airport. Not to mention the amazing beach views from your villa with access to the water steps away from the property. The property manager and assistances were very friendly and responsive. Someone was available to assist us in locating the villa and also was able to help us with recommendations for places to go. The space was pictured almost as is with a few minor details off. Cons: The main door to our villa did not completely close all the way. Although it would lock and we felt safe, the door had a large space which allowed for a considerable amount of outside air to enter into the place. Also on two separate occasions in the bathroom, we saw a small infestation of little insects, possibly coming from the open window, which did not close.

Wow! What a beautiful beautiful space. Pista’s home is right on the ocean and has a beautiful dock right in the back yard. It’s an easy, gorgeous walk to town, and we had such an amazing time here.

This little beachfront villa is lovely. We stayed in villa #4 — the space was just right and inspiring, and we felt right at home. The little resort is also in an excellent location perfectly blending peaceful and fun, right on the water with lots to do in the area. The staff are kind and responsive, and picked us up directly from the airport which made arrival to San Pedro very smooth. Would definitely stay again.

Great location on the beach. Great value. Responsive and friendly host. Close to lots of great restaurants, but privately located.
