We stayed in Caribbean Villas- Lofted Suite, villa 4. The description is exactly what we got. No onsite laundry. sent our clothes out for laundry through the front desk and it was $15 US per load plus $2.50 US each additional kilo (or something like that) Taxi from express ferry to there is actually $20 BZ From the hotel back to ferry was $15 BZ Pros: -Location was great. Got a golf cart from offsite for $38 US a day to get around. Walking along the road would take about 25-30 min walking to the airport. -Plenty of restaurants around. Eat at the locals food carts if you get a chance. -Free water - Staff and everyone was super friendly. Even other travelers. -AC worked amazing -internet was great Cons: -no screens on doors/windows -we had red ants, make sure to have bug spray -toilet is slow running -older resort, not kept up to date. -several bottle caps in beach/sand area Overall still a great stay and would recommend to families traveling.

The perfect Carribean beach getaway! Beatiful beach with the perfect laid back beach bar and restaurant. The Belizian locals are some of the kindest individuals, they made our stay very special. Iris, Yanni, Glen, Robert and Jameli were all so accommodating! The food they serve is some of the best on the island. We stayed 6 days and enjoyed exploring Ambergis Caye immensely. Can't wait to go back.

Caribbean Villas lofted suite number 4 was all that we could hope for on our vacation! The location was perfect, and the view to the ocean was spectacular from the deck. We were picked up at the dock for all of our excursions which made everything so easy and convenient. The two pools were perfect for relaxing, and the chairs and hammocks on the beach were always available. We enjoyed delicious and fun meals at the restaurant on site. The staff were always extremely friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. The villa was very well set up for my husband and I and our two adult children. The staff did a fantastic job with fresh towels and fresh water when needed. I can't say enough positive things about this villa, we would stay there again, and definitely recommend it to others.
