Sunset Caribe is great! The staff is helpful and warm. Mariah’s place in particular has such a great view of the sunset over the lagoon. Not to mention it was clean and homey. Best of all is Mariah’s proactive communication. When there was a tiny misunderstanding she advocated for me with the General Manager and everything was resolved in a seamless manner. I really appreciate both Mariah and the staff at Sunset Caribe for their open communication and proactiveness throughout our stay. I would absolutely book this unit again in the future!

Modern, clean condo in a new building complex. Friendly staff who helped arrange easy transport to and from the airport. Pool areas were not at all crowded which was wonderful! The over the water hot tub was a treat as well. Mariah was a superb communicator, and she sent us her personal letter of favorite things on the island which was invaluable. Thank you for a great stay!

Mariah’s place was exactly as shown in the photos. The place was clean and beautiful. We loved staying in this location near many great restaurants and bars. We are glad we stayed outside of San Pedro, North of the bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was very friendly. They even let us use the gym across the street since their gym isn’t complete yet. Mariah was very attentive and responsive. She had the place stocked with everything you could need. We will absolutely be back and would recommend it to anyone.

Mariah was a great host, quick communication and offered great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The place is very clean and it’s obvious that she put in effort to make the place feel like home with many small touches. I highly recommend the place!!!
