Beautiful place and great location walkable to the beach, pictures accurate and nice view from the back for sunset and sunrise It was a nice vacation

I have to preface my review by saying that our overall stay was great. The place was just as described in the listing. Nice neighborhood (very quiet), the place is up on a hill, but the climb didn't bother us, close to bus stop and grocery store, and relatively close to Hamilton as well, also port to charge your electric car (although we didn't end up getting one). The inside had everything we need as well - good bathroom, comfortable bed, AC (!), nice kitchen area and appliances (electric tea pot and toaster were especially helpful). Overall great place to stay and we enjoyed it. The only issue we had (but it's a HUGE miss for me) was on the day of our arrival. As soon as we got into taxi to drive to Christina's place, we realized we didn't have the full address, meaning we had the street address but no house number. Given that she should've been expecting some questions on the day that guests arrive, I messaged Christina to ask if she could please send the house number and waited for response. We got to the street that was on the address and decided to wait there until we hear back. Nothing. So we decided to contact Airbnb and it didn't sound like they were having any luck reaching her either. By sheer luck, a family from a nearby house came home and invited us to wait inside their house (we were just waiting on the street in the sun at that point with all our luggage! in a place where we've never been to!). We showed them the picture on Christina's profile and they recognized the husband and after driving us around asking neighbors where their house was, we finally found the place where we were supposed to stay. If not for this family's help, we literally were about to to get a hotel because we didn't know where to go / if this was a scam / etc. In fact, we only got a response from Christina 5 hours later! Check in was at 3 (which is when I messaged her) and we heard back at 8pm! Like I said, overall experience after the check-in was great, but it was a miracle that we found the place.

Wonderful spot! Christina’s place is fantastic: clean, well-equipped, good location, comfortable bed and room. There’s a bus stop at the bottom of the hill that runs along a main road, and a grocery store within walking distance. We loved having breakfast in the yard overlooking Hamilton Harbor. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Bermuda is a great place to visit, although be warned taxi's, groceries, restaurants etc are expensive. Christina helped me navigate where to go, what to do, and how to get around. I'd highly recommend renting a scooter to avoid the cab fares, and you can easily walk 7-10 min to a scooter rental and grocery store. Elbow beach is also a bit of a hike 15 min walk, but very doable. The view from the back of the property is exceptional, and the WIFI is strong all the way around the property! You cannot beat the value of this AirBnB. Christina is one of the best hosts I've worked with. She's even flagged me down to come back and grab a few things I left in the room :) I'd 100% stay here again!

We had a lovely stay! The studio was clean and comfortable; within an easy bus ride to Hamilton and a 20 minute (hilly) walk to Elbow Beach. Robin and Christina were communicative and easy to reach. We did not get a chance to meet Christina, but we spent some time chatting with Robin - he’s a born and raised Bermudian and had some great suggestions for us. Thanks for helping us make our babymoon one to remember :)
