I am so glad I found this apartment on Airbnb. It is the second time I have stayed here and last time it was brilliant but this time two years later it even surpassed that. Firstly the location is so central and so easy to get everywhere although peaceful. The apartment is spotless and there are lots of special touches such as overshoes if it rains, umbrellas and lovely products. The shower is new and powerful. The bed linen is the best of any airbnb I have stayed in the bed blissfully comfortable. From check in and being met off the ferry, to leaving ,the experience was marvellous. I stayed in the first week of the art Biennale so it was extremely busy in Venice but the apartment was lovely and quiet. It has canals on both sides that makes it very special. You really can get everywhere so easily from here. I loved that everything was so beautiful in the apartment from the Murano glass chandelier to the stylish lighting and artworks. I cannot wait to stay again.

It was our first visit to both Italy and Venice, and we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay for our 3 night stay in Venice!!! Great communication both before our trip and day of arrival, such a quiet and restful place to stay but only a 10 to 20 minute walk to all the beautiful sites we wanted to explore. A 5 minute walk to San Marco Square but you would never know you are so close to such a busy area for tourist during the day. Enjoy all that the San Marco area has to enjoy before 9:00 am and after 7:00 pm as it so magical...and between those times enjoy all the back alleys and piazzas that are so much fun to discover in-between. If you book this lovely rental you will not be disappointed!!!!

Tout était absolument parfait! le logement était magnifique, les fenêtres donnant sur l'eau... magiques ! l'emplacement était vivant, sans être trop touristique. On était au milieu de tout, alors capables de marcher 30 minutes ou moins partout. Les bateaux à deux minutes à pied. vraiment, on garde de merveilleux souvenirs de venise :)

Highly recommend!! Great area, super apartment with all amenities, easy to communicate with the host .. was literally a minute to walk to the Vaperetto and under 3 minutes to St Marks Square. Ticks all the boxes

Great place to stay in Venice, highly recommend. Lovely view of the canals. Walkable to main attractions.
