Rich’s place is very spacious for the 4 of us. The inside was clean and well appointed. Very centrally located to the wineries and good restaurants. We even took a short ride to the beach.

inside was very cozy and spacious and nice to have 2 toilets when we were 4 guests. you have a lot of privacy at this location and it was nice to chill on the porch in the backyard. My honest opinion is that the outside is overdue for some maintanance and cleaning up around the cottage. especially the steps at the entrance and the deck of the porch need some TLC. all in all though, decent value for money considering the 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7. Host was nice and responsive although he could have left us more than just one and a half roll of toilet paper 😜

The house needs some maintenance, lights porch. Also needs drapes or blinds for privacy If repaired it would be fine.
