A perfect location to satisfy everyone's ideal vacation requirements. We are proud to offer some of the finest and cleanest vacation villas in the area as well as a top of the line service for guests. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom light filled open floor split plan home ensures you'll always have privacy! It boasts a East-facing screened lanai with heated pool and spa. The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, closet, 32" smart HD TV and offers private access to the lanai and pool area through sliding glass doors. The en-suite has a double vanity, hairdryer, toilet and a bath tub and seperate shower. The 2nd bedroom has 1 King-size bed and 32" smart HD TV The 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen-size bed and NO TV The large open concept living area has 1 sofa and 2 chairs that seats 5, a 65” smart HD TV , a formal dining area that seats 6 and a breakfast nook that seats 4. You can extend your living space out via the sliding glass doors to the large, screened lanai and pool area; soon to be your favorite room! Enjoy relaxing and sunbathing on one of 5 lounge chairs next to your 28 x 14 foot sparkling private heated pool and spa while you enjoy the beauty of the private back fenced yard. We booked this stay very last minute for a family emergency. The property manager was very quick to respond and we received our check-in information almost immediately. The home was beautiful and spotless! The pool and spa were crystal clear. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Lisa & Roberts place in Rotonda. The home was clean and the pool was very enjoyable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 2-3 miles driving distance. Only issue was we arrived after dark and the lock box for the key was a little cumbersome. Would be nice if they had keypads on the door instead of a key. But we did appreciate being able to park in the garage and use the garage door opener. All in all, we still rate this home a 5.

Welcome to Rotonda West – a peaceful, planned community situated near the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida. It is located mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. The community is predominantly full-time homeowners and their families, as well as tenants and those who winter in the community.
 
There are five golf courses operated by Rotonda Golf and Country club. Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes and ponds wind through the community and offer fishing and boating opportunities for its residents.
 
There are numerous restaurants, cafes and diners close by, which serve superb dining options and will enrich your palate with delicacies and specialties

The weather usually stays relatively mild. In the summer, it's not uncommon for temperatures to get into the mid-90's, but this is tempered by sea breezes from the Gulf. At night in the summer, temperatures quickly drop to the low to mid 80's. In the winter, hard freezes are rare, but occasionally occur. It's more common to have frost on the ground briefly in pre-dawn hours, but it melts shortly after sunrise. This usually only happens 2 or 3 times during the winter. Temperatures average 50 - 80 degrees during the winter. On a sunny winter day, it's rare for the temperature to stay below 50 degrees for long.
 
Summer thunderstorms are not uncommon. Florida is known as the lightning capital of the world. The dry season is in the spring.

Being licensed as a hotel with over 45 properties in the area our properties come under strict laws to protect guests that an individual homeowner doesn’t have to abide by. The United States Environmental Protection Agency has released an expanded list of disinfectants and cleaners that destroy COVID-19. Our cleaners only use EPA approved cleaning products on all surfaces and spray remote controls, light switches, door handles etc. and follow the cleaning protocol following the CDC guidelines that have been found to be effective against viruses. According to a study funded by the US National Institutes of Health, without proper disinfectant measures the coronavirus stays “alive” on surfaces Up to three days, depending on the surface. Where there isn’t a 72-hour gap between our guests and staff being in the accommodation and your arrival, we use whole house atomized airborne disinfection between guests. The atomized particles are diffused in the environment in the form of a dry fog, which saturates perfectly and uniformly on every square inch of free surface, Killing 99.99% of viruses, bacteria, and fungi.
