This place was great! Very clean and private. The weather was.a bit chilly but we did enjoy the outside amenities. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend this as a place to stay bear Bryce Canyon.

We had a great stay at Eva’s Place. It was exactly as described in the listing. The entire house was extremely clean and tidy. It was located next door to the grocery store and a quick walk to a great coffee shop. It was also close to Bryce National Park (~25 min).

The location is very convenient to Bryce Canyon and other nearby parks, but is more peaceful than many of the hotels/motels. It was truly a home away from home as Laurie included many thoughtful touches for comfort and convenience. (We enjoyed playing the board game “Sorry!” when we were too tired to go out after hiking and horseback riding.) There’s a nice grocery store steps away and several fun small restaurants within walking distance. The house is beautiful with tons of character.

We stayed in B&B 11 out of 14 nights when traveling to Nevada, Utah, and Arizona. All 6 of these B&B's were excellent. I think each had an accurate rating and description. The photos of each were representative of each place. I would stay at all 6 B&B's again!

We can highly recommend, we spent two nights with the family and we all enjoyed the small town vibe. A beautiful and charismatic house with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Easy to visit Bryce canyon from there. Would visit anytime again. Thank you!
