California born, Colorado worn My husband, myself, and his parents went in on this family vacation mountain home together, accomplishing a goal these Colorado Natives had their whole lives. Me growing up down the mountain from Lake Tahoe, CA, and going to college above Tahoe at University of Nevada, Reno, I was automatically on board to go after the Colorado Dream right along with them. Matt & I live in Denver, CO where Matt is a mortgage lender and I own a makeup & skincare business through SeneGence. We love road trips, our two rescue dogs, and murder podcasts (especially when they're all together). Matt loves to golf, play guitar, train in MMA, & dominate in his Fantasy Empire (10 sport, year long) league (he may or may not have told me to write that). I love to cook, do yoga, & read/study all things health & wellness (okay and maybe watch a Real Housewives or two). Two of our favorite annual trips we take are: #1) with Matt's family out to Lake City in Northern Michigan for 'The Greatest Fourth in the North' 4th of July trip. Cousin time, lake time, pontoon party time - what more could you want?! #2) to my beloved family cabin in the Northern California Redwoods in Guerneville, CA. My fam has had the house since the 20s, surrounded by the majestic redwoods, it's rich with family & township history, and easily my favorite place in the world. Did I mention it's around the corner from Korbel Champagne Cellars??
