Villa Khami is a modern villa built and equipped to a high standard in 2004. Set on a hill overlooking the Mirabello gulf in north east Crete, Khami is 12km from Aghios Nikolaos between the village of Kalo Horio and the resort of Istron. Khami is ideal for large family parties, sleeping up to ten in five double/twin bedrooms with three bathrooms and its own freshwater pool. We are only one hour's drive from Heraklion airport. The five bedrooms are on two floors. All bedrooms have generous storage both wardrobes and drawer space. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito screens. When hiring outside July & August, a discounted rate for up to 6 person using only the first floor is available on request. First floor: Bedroom 1: twin bed with en suite shower room, balcony with pool and sea view, plus second window with village view. Bedroom 2: has a king size bed, balcony with pool and sea view. Bedroom 3: twin bed room, balcony with mountain view. Family bathroom: walk in shower, a separate second shower, toilet, basin and cabinet. Second Floor: Bedroom 4: has a king size bed with sea view. Bedroom 5: twin bed with village view. Shower room: shower, toilet and basin. Shaded terrace/balcony full width of the villa with a stunning view of the bay. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge & dining area with ceiling fans, WiFi, Smart TV and DVD. Separate toilet and basin. There is a full size table tennis table in the basement. Ce logement est bien adapté aux grands groupes. Il y a de grands espaces, intérieurs comme extérieurs. La cuisine est bien équipée aussi pour 10 personnes. L’environnement immédiat est très joli et calme.
Skvělé ubytování pro větší skupinu, dokonale vybavená vila, ohromující výhledy na moře a hory v okolí. Skvělý bazén. Pěšky i autem blízko k moři a na výlety ve východní části Kréty. Hostitel a jeho personál moc milý a ochotný. Moc děkujeme, bylo to až překvapivé.

This is a fabulous, spacious villa. Really well fitted out and maintained. With really attentive support staff available if you need them. The terrace and pool are wonderful especially when it’s hot. We would highly recommend staying here it’s great for large family get-togethers.
Very comfortable and spacious villa. Well equipped, air-conditioned, serviced every few days, great pool, and in a wonderful location with spectacular views. We had a very enjoyable holiday.

Khami is 12km towards Sitia from Aghios Nikolaos between the village of Kalo Horio and the resort of Istron. This part of Crete is renowned for its majestic and dramatic mountain scenery. Khami is owned by a family who have been coming here for thirty years, attracted not only by the beautiful weather, scenery and beaches, but also by the friendliness of the local people who have always made our visits so enjoyable. It is the sort of place that draws you back time and again.
Fly to Heraklion, Villa Khami is an easy 1 hour drive towards Sitia. Crete is 3 to 4 hours from the UK by air. In season there are plenty of direct charter flights to Heraklion airport from Gatwick, Manchester, Hull, Bristol and other regional airports. Look for flights with Easyjet, BA, Tui or via the cheap flight portals. Car hire at the airport is available from all the major providers, but we use Citycars, mention Horn family to George when booking on line.
