From the outset, the communication with the villa owner (Chris) was fantastic. Everything we needed to know was provided well in advance, including some excellent recommendations for airport transfers. We received a very helpful welcome parcel on arrival, which was perfect as we arrived quite late. The great communication continued, Yvonne was really helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is nice & well-equipped. However, it is probably nearing the point where it needs a bit of tlc. Also, the pictures don’t represent what the outside looks like now, there is a large wooden fence blocking the path and the view down to the sea. Others have mentioned this, but the area around the pool is lethal. If the tiles are wet or you have wet feet, you WILL fall over (a member of our party did fall, and we had a couple of near misses). Interestingly, on our last day, a sign was put up saying that the owners aren’t liable for any accidents around the pool.

We enjoyed staying at the Villa, it was super close to shops and restaurants that you could walk to in under 10 minutes. The setting and the views to the ocean were fantastic and we enjoyed many a morning coffee and sundowner on the upstairs balcony, which got the sun all day. The location is about a 15 minute drive or taxi to Paphos center and also very close to some other amazing beach side restaurants and cocktail bars, making everything very easy to get to. My only area to improve would be that the villa looks like it could use some love and attention as looks a little tired in places. We had strict instructions on how to use the hot water heater, having to turn it on an hour before you shower and only have it on for an hour maximum. It became an issue trying to remember this so that the group didn't have cold showers. I also had to clean up some trash left by previous tenants on the walkway down the ocean. But all in all we enjoyed our stay!

Villa is situated in a perfect location, with the sea just a couple of steps away from the pool area. Pool was cleaned while we were there, and the host was friendly and approachable. Would recommend.
