Relax by the pool or enjoy the sunset at the sea. Our bungalow is cozy, family orientated and perfect for small kids or toddlers as it is on 1 level, with no stairs. Fancy a night out? Just a short walk away to great Cypriot Tavernas or pubs. Quite location in Coral Bay, close enough to the main strip to take a slow walk to. The bus stop is a few minutes walk if you dont have a car. We are on hand to assist you, as owners and to make your experience a great one ! Villa Anastasia is set over one level feature an open plan area consisting of a living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area with its high wooden ceiling has a fireplace is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satellite television and DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (the washing machine is located in the en-suite bathroom). The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its high-backed dining chairs. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open directly onto the pool terrace. The two remaining bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, one with its own en-suite shower room, the other with access to the full family bathroom that completes the accommodation. Each of the bedrooms and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating, which are included in the price. A baby cot, highchair and hairdryers can be provided on request. The 8 meter x 4 meter private pool with both walk in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sun beds, umbrellas and poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months. Andreas was a great host very welcoming and helpful, ready to answer all of our question and helping us getting around. the villa is just as described and was very comfortable, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use the pool but it seemed fun . we had some trouble with the electrical appliances but when we called Andreas he came in 5 min. to help us out. the only downside to the villa is that when you go out for the day the power for the entire place turns off since you use the key to activate the electricity. (not a big deal if you remember to charge your phone at night) over all we had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

I was looking for a quiet space in the sun to relax and Andreas' villa was perfect. The house is fully equipped and a beautiful place to stay. Good location on a quiet road and beside the beach. I found the bedroom a bit bright in the mornings but that's probably because I'm used to shutters on my house. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Здравствуйте! Отдыхала с ребенком 2,7 и мамой на вилле у Андреа с 30 апреля по 12 мая 2013 года. Хозяева очень гостеприимны. доброжелательны на вилле обеспечили всем необходимым. Хотела бы всем посоветовать эту виллу, она шикарная. На кухни есть все необходимое, включая посудомоечную машину. Мебель хорошая, не дешевка. Спальни удобные, спать одно удовольствие. Все чистенькое, не пошарпоное. Три спальни и тоже количество ванных комнат, что очень удобно, если отдыхать большой компанией. Удобная гостиная, с камином и большой обеденный стол. Бассейн чистый, отличный заход в бассейн (три ступеньки) и плавное углубление. дети там купались и резвились с огромным удовольствием. Бассейн чистят еженедельно. Вилла расположена отлично, близко от пляжа Коралия, который идеально подходит для отдыха с детьми. В 20 метрах от виллы есть детская площадка, и батут. Отдохнули очень здорова! Спасибо хозяевам за теплый прием и великолепный отдых!
