Ein wunderschönes, etwas abseits gelegenes Cottage mit fabelhaften Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und die Bucht von Kenmare. Das Cottage ist etwas abseits gelegen aber dafür sehr ruhig und privat. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit Hasen und Rehe im Garten zu sehen und auch ein Pferd kam zu besuch zum Grasen. Das schöne Städtchen Kenmare ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Dort bekommt man alles was man benötigt und die Pubs sind auch einen Besuch wert. Es ist ebenso ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Tagestrips zu unternehmen wie beispielsweise zu den Kerry Cliffs oder zum nahe gelegenen Gleninchaquin Park mit seinem schönen Wasserfall und den umliegenden Seen. Wir können das Cottage jedem weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank auch an Niamh. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und uns wurde stets schnell geantwortet bei Fragen oder weiteren Anliegen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen😊

We spent a lovely week here, enjoying the beautiful views from the cottage and using it as a peaceful base to explore the Beara and Iveragh Peninsulas. Kenmare is a lovely town nearby (either a quick drive or we walked through the woodland path to get in) with plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Unfortunately a storm had affected the internet while we were there, but hopefully that is sorted soon and we had decent phone signal to be able to look up things to do.

Nice cottage on a quite hill. Very nicely decorated, great vibe and a friendly host. Perfect place to get away from the daily grind.

A picture book cottage with amazing views. Niamh’s cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in the perfect location to explore the area. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back.
