We cannot say enough about How much we loved this property. It was spotlessly clean and the privacy was on another level. We will be back again to see it during a different season. We absolutely loved all of the wild life right outside our windows each evening and morning. Coffee on the wrap around porch was amazing as well. Cozy fireplace, kept the place more than warm enough for us as well. Kudos to Yonder on this one!! The Santana family

More signs were needed than the one sign at the bottom of the horse trail that led up to the cabin. A 4 wheel drive vehicle would have been a good suggestion. If we had a smaller vehicle, we would have never made it. On our initial approach, I had to get out of the vehicle to move a tree that was a across the trail up to the cabin. On the 2nd day, the Hot Tub Maintenance guy showed up in the middle of the day. The cabin had no issues whatsoever! It was more than what we had expected. So much, that we extended our stay. Marshall is a great little town but closes down early. Upon our departure day, the cleaning person showed up at 9am and just parked and stared watching us load our vehicle, finally leaving. They never spoke with us at all but they told Yonder that we told them that we were staying yet another 2 days which was not true. Yonder reached out to us to verify that & that we didn’t tell anyone that, I answered “No.” They asked us again, “so to confirm, you never said that?”

This was the perfect getaway for our family of four! We’ll supplied for kids and just overall a wonderful location! The drive is a bit steep but we made it up without a 4x4! The hot tub was awesome as well! Just overall a very fun family week!
