Place as described. Had a hiccup with reservations (I thought I booked two nights and not one) and the host was understanding when I wasn’t able to return right away to collect my belongings. Totally my fault.

The location and the actual place were great, super close to the mountain. After check out was when I began to have issues. The host texted me about the room key and parking permit, which I left in the drop box before heading out, as it was labeled to do so. The host spoke to me like I was dumb, and it even felt like he was blaming me for the establishments mistakes. He claimed I didn’t leave the keys or parking permit, THANK GOD I took a photo. If I didn’t I probably would have been charged. ** If you stay here basically document everything to be safe** The room key did not match my room number, neither did the permit. I didn’t think anything about it, until after checkout when the host started blowing up my phone. He said that the numbers didn’t match, but that’s how I got them. The key opened our room just fine (even thought the number on the key didn’t match the number on the door), so now I’m under the impression that my key would have opened anyones door.
