The house is really nice and clean with beautiful lakefront. Exactly as described. Well stocked with everything you would need. Wolfeboro and Lake Winnipisauke is very, very charming. Very easy to get to town for nice restaurants. Warren was a really nice host and very flexible. He let me check in early so I could do a call from the house. I would absolutely stay again.

We’ve stayed 3 times. Warren and Jen are wonderful hosts. The location is pinch yourself perfect. We rented a boat from around the pt, SUPd, swam, biked to town and just enjoyed the view.

We had an amazing time at Warren and Jen's home for the week. We rented a pontoon boat for 4 days and got to experience the beautiful views and gorgeous homes on the lake. Took a swim the first day, ate at great restaurants, coffee shops, browsed thru cute boutiques, and ate tons of ice cream! We fell in love with Wolfboro and plan to come back!!

What an amazing week we had at this house. Warren and Jen have done a fantastic job of making sure you have everything you need during your visit. The location is in a quiet cove on the lake great for swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, etc. Plus the proximity to Wolfeboro gives you ready access to shops, restaurants, and other stores for anything you might need.

This is our second stay at Warren & Jen's cottage- and it's just as beautiful as we remembered. We had a wonderful time enjoying the water, relaxing on the dock, and going in to town for ice creams. The cottage has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay- we highly recommend it!
