Location was very good - you can see the beach from the balcony and from the living room. House needs remodeling - everything was old; the carpet, furniture, especially the outdated bathrooms. Communication with the agency that manages property was very frustrating - they asked to sign an agreement with ridiculous requirements, including additional not refundable pay - all these after taking my money - which was also not refundable if I decide to change my mind seeing this agreement. In the end everything was resolved, thanks to Airbnb, but I had a sleepless night and got very frustrated. I was expecting better service, for the price I paid.

Nice location, good setup near beach. very responsive host. Very comfortable space for a family. Amenities and condition are ok, but not excellent value.

Sunset Cottage is in a perfect location. Watching boats of all sizes going in and out of the harbor was delightful as were the beach bonfires at night. The common spaces, including the spacious deck, are wonderful family gathering spots. Very nice. The bathrooms need updating. Great tp have laundry equipment on site.
