The place was perfect for a weekend getaway and was exactly as shown in the pics. Kishore, the caretaker of the place was extremely helpful and is a great cook.

Enjoyed stay. Location just awesome. Property is well maintained & clean. Host Sanjyot is very proactive.Caretaker Kishore is very polite & helpful. He & his wife Cook delicious food. Must try place...10/10

If you like nature and birds, with a good view right at the door, then this is your place. Villa is a good spot for sunrise. Very clean place, well maintained. Matches the photos in the description. The approach road from Lonavala was not so good for 30 mins. The road in fact from Mulshi, Tamhini side is better. The caretaker cooks decent food, but you have to carry and provide some of the food materials. The only issue was that there was disturbance of two bulldozers coming from two different places even late at night. Though one stopped at 8pm, the nearby one continued till midnight. So if you're looking for an extremely quiet stay, it may not be the case till the work is completed. It's not in control of the villas host either so can't blame them. Also loud music was being played at 7:30am in the morning from the neighborhood. And some loud music from 10pm till 2 am from another neighborhood.

This place is with in remote, peaceful location of Mulshi hills, one can see beautiful sunrise, even moon rise from behind the mountains. The caretaker, Kishore and his wife cooked delicious food during our stay. Host is proactive and shared all grocery list in advance, as place is remotely located. We booked entire Jaltarang and raindrop, rooms and bathrooms were clean and spotless. Kitchen was fully equipped and it had all utensils for cooking. Place is safe as entire area is properly fenced, they locked main entrance to property after evening. We will surely like to stay here during our next visit.

We a group of 3 boys went for a weekend trip to mulshi. The place has accomodation for more than 8 pax in the main building where we stayed. It has attached open kitchen and beautiful corridor where one will stick to most of the times. The care taker is also good,polite and helpful ,he cooked for us and the dishes were good, felt like home. The owner is polite and proactive and informed everything in advance about the place. suggestion : plz carry everything u need in the trip well in advance since no shops are there in the nearby. But the views are too good for peaceful and nature lovers.
