The location of the flat is perfect for Venice. The flat was clean and two bathrooms are quite good. The communication in Venice was ok. The hot water system didn't function (what can happen...). We did get instructions which didn't solve the problem, so we showered cold for four days... We would suggest to put up clearer instructions for wlan and garbage. We were able to communicate in Italian, I guess that was a benefit. All in all we had good days, the flat is fine, but problems like no hot water is unfortunately a downer...

The apartment is very nice and cosy, the location is perfect. Not too many tourists and a supermarket right round the corner. And it is easy to reach anything you want to see in Venice because the apartment is located in the middle of the city. The host was very helpful and answered the questions very quickly. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing it lacked was a cutting board.

Appartement joli et bien placé. Nous y avons dormi à 5 dont 2 enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait qu’il y ait 2 salles de bain. Étant donné que nous sommes dans une zone très touristique, je considère que cet appartement est très correct. Proposition d’amélioration : l’équipement en vaisselle est tout juste suffisant pour 5, nous aurions apprécié un peu plus d’équipements (petite casserole, micro-onde). Attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite, l’appartement n’est pas adapté (2eme étage avec marches hautes, petites salles de bain).
